Why DharmaCode
The pressure on families choosing a stream, what AI changes about work, the Bhagavad Gita's idea of swadharma, and the parent who built this.
The Problem
Every Indian parent is running
the same race with the wrong map.
Engineering. Medicine. Commerce.
Three paths chosen by marks, not by the child.
Social media tells you what a "successful" child looks like.
Coaching institutes sell you the next "hot" career.
A generic aptitude test hands you a score and stops there.
Here's what nobody tells you: the child who knows who they are
will always outrun the child who just knows what to study.
AI won't replace your child.
It will replace the child who never figured out what made them irreplaceable.
Works With Your Plan
DharmaCode doesn't fight the Indian system.
It helps your child win it.
Already decided on Engineering? We'll show you which branch plays to your child's natural mind, and how to use AI as a tool, not compete with it as a worker.
Committed to Medicine? We'll show you which path amplifies what your child does that no algorithm can replicate.
This isn't about changing your plan.
It's about making sure your child leads it.
The Question Every Parent Is Asking
AI is coming for average.
It has no answer for extraordinary.
The jobs disappearing are the ones built on repetition.
The jobs growing are the ones built on judgment, empathy, and creativity.
The child who knows their dharma doesn't fear AI.
They use it.
A Chanakya who sees three moves ahead uses AI to model scenarios faster than any analyst.
A Dhanvantari whose empathy runs deep uses AI to diagnose, but never to care.
A Saraswati who shapes meaning uses AI to scale, but the story is always theirs.
Your child is already wired for one of these minds.
AI is the most powerful tool in human history.
The child who knows themselves will wield it.
The child who doesn't will be replaced by someone who does.
Finding out which mind your child has, before they pick a stream, is one of the most useful head starts you can give them.

The Science of Swadharma
Established global tools,
read through an Indian lens.
The report uses two openly published questionnaires that researchers use around the world: the IPIP Big Five for personality and, when your child answers too, the O*NET® Interest Profiler for work interests. They are not yet normed on Indian students, so we report them in plain words, never as a rank.
Then we read them through an Indian lens. We take the classical idea of Swadharma (the inherent nature of a being) and turn it into seven modern patterns. Your answers about everyday life show which one fits your child, and the report builds from there.
A blueprint that holds up in an economy where job titles will not.

Who's Behind DharmaCode
Built by a parent. For parents.
Every parent I speak to is asking the same question, but nobody is saying it out loud.
If a coder's job disappears to AI, what does my child become? If an accountant's work is automated, what was the point of those 15 years of pressure and coaching fees? The careers we trained our children for are the ones disappearing fastest.
The Indian education system wasn't built for this. It was built for a world where picking the right stream was enough. That world is gone.
What survives AI isn't a degree. It's a type of mind. And I believe India has had a word for that for a very long time: swadharma.
I spent months studying India's dharma traditions alongside modern careers research. What I found surprised me. The ancient idea of dharma (your natural purpose and wiring) lines up with what that research keeps finding: people do their best work, and stay with it, when it fits who they are.
My daughter is 12. The questions about her future get louder every year. DharmaCode is what I built because I couldn't find this map anywhere else.
It's not a personality test. It's not astrology. It's the clearest map I know how to make for your child's future in the Indian education system.
